I'm trying to stick to an exercise routine but get bored easily. I'm one of those people who used to have a decent metabolism, but now things are slowly catching up to me. Every time I make drastic changes...they don't last. I'm hoping this blog will help motivate me to get into action one itty bity step at a time!
